STALL SPACE: – Outdoor stands of 3m x 4m are available. Preference of location will be afforded on a first paid first served basis. Larger stands can be negotiated with the organiser. Exhibitors are to supply their own tables and cover (gazebos), Tables and Chairs are available to rent from Den Akker Party Venue on request.
Some electrical points are available.
Stalls will not be allowed to be erected outside the designated areas.
Exhibitors must please ensure that they leave the market area clean when they leave.

PRODUCTS:- The market is primarily for the sale of fresh produce, farm produce and small
livestock. Other vendors will be considered whose products complement the Farmers market theme.

COST: – Vendors who book and pay a Deposit and payment is not received before the start of the market will be levied an

ADVERTISING: – The organisers plan to advertise the event substantially. If any Exhibitor would like
to do so amongst their various platforms, we will supply a copy of our brochure artwork.

Event is rain or shine and there are no refunds.
All Exhibitors are required to stay at the Market, from 8:00am – 13:00pm. (Penalty’s will apply)
All Exhibitors can start setting up by 7:00am and must be fully set up by 8:00am.
You must bring your proof of payment or cash with you when you check in the day of the event if only a Deposit was payed.
Subletting, loaning, renting, or selling of your stall space to someone else is strictly prohibited. All rights to the stall space belong to Springs Farmer’s Market.
Stalls can be reassigned, when necessary, for the good of the Market.
What Cannot Be Sold: No firearms, tobacco, combustibles, alcohol, knives, swords, or weapons of any kind. Also no provocative or suggestive items.
LIABILITY – Exhibitors shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Springs Farmer’s Market, Den Akker Party Venue, their parent corporations and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and representatives, and the successors and assigns of any of them, from and against, and reimburse them for, all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, interest, penalties, court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, arising out of or resulting from (a) any breach of any representation, warranty, covenant, obligation or other agreement contained in this Agreement; (b) out of any failure of Exhibitors to comply with any applicable laws, statutes, ordinances or regulations; (c) any act or omission or negligence of the Exhibitors or its employees, agents, contractors or invitees; (d) any claim for personal injury or property damage or otherwise brought on behalf of any third party person, firm or corporation against Springs Farmer’s Market or Den Akker Party Venue as a result of or in connection with Exhibitors’s Stall which claim does not result from the active negligence of Springs Farmer’s Market or Den Akker Party Venue; (e) any announcements, advertisements or other commercial copy produced, provided or approved by Sponsor for broadcast by Springs Farmer’s Market or its affiliates, including proceedings or litigation alleging infringement, unlawful use or violations of copyright; and/or (f) any defect, alleged or real, in any product of Sponsor’s sold or provided as samples to third parties by Sponsor or by Springs Farmer’s Market as part of such party’s responsibilities under this Agreement. The foregoing indemnities shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
DEMONSTRATIONS – No signs or placards may be displayed on persons or otherwise outside exhibit spaces without the written consent of Springs Farmer’s Market.
SECURITY/INSURANCE – Springs Farmer’s Market, and Den Akker Party Venue or any officer, employee or staff member thereof assumes no responsibility for the safety of the property or Exhibitors, his agents, or employees, from theft, damage by fire, accident, or any the cause.
COMPLIANCE – Exhibitors assumes all responsibility for compliance with all pertinent ordinances, regulations and codes of duly authorized Local, State and Federal governing bodies concerning rules and regulations and the display rules and regulations issued by Springs Farmer’s Market and Den Akker Party Venue.
